Oreo Brownies Ingredients: 2x packets of Marie biscuits 1x packet of oreos 1 can of condensed milk 15ml lemon juice 30ml cream 150g milk/dark chocolate Method: 1. Crush the Marie biscuits and add crumbs into mixing bowl 2. Heat cream in a sauce pan, once it starts bubbling, add the chocolate. 3. Allow the chocolate to melt and remove from stove top once it begins to melt. 4. Add the condensed milk to the chocolate and mix and put aside a 1/4 cup. 5. Add mixture onto crushed biscuits and mix a little. 6. Add lemon juice and continue mixing until it becomes one thick dough-like mixture. 7. Divide the dough into two equal parts and spread one half onto a baking tray (spray or oil it first). 8. Press it down and press the oreos on top of the first layer (leave one Oreo biscuit out). Â Â - If you wanna add nuts or something as well, you may add them now in between the oreos. 9. Spread and press in the rest of the dough until all the oreos are covered. At this point, it must look like a big brownie. 10. Pour the rest of the chocolate and milk mixture over the brownie. You can decorate with a bit of the leftover condensed milk. 11. Crush the leftover Oreo on top for "decoration" purposes. NB: Refrigerate for at least 4/5 hours (you could actually leave it overnight) to set. You can then slice into desired potions... Once the Brownies have set, the whole thing will be together haha. Basically, it won't fall apart. Also, you may want to use a sharp knife as it will be a bit hard. But once the oreos have been out of the fridge for a while, they should soften. You want to cut them as soon as you take them out of the fridge though... Okay, enjoy!
